Love this fireplace! I’m a 50 yr old woman and assembled it myself.. done in about an hour. It doesn’t put out a lot of heat, but does warm the immediate area. It’s really beautiful & the fire is pretty realistic. Just wish it made sound like a fire crackling but I just play the sound of that on my phone & stuck it by the fireplace for extra effect. I’ve received so many compliments on this fireplace. Very happy with it.

I have looked for a while for a Fireplace, I didn't want something that looked fake and cheap, I'm so happy I purchased this one it is amazing. This adds such a sophisticated touch to the room the price was a little more then what i wanted to pay, but once i received the product I understand the price, the assembly was easy, the construction is solid. This is a fireplace that will last forever. IF you are hesitating don't it is worth every penny.

The mantel and fireplace are extremely well engineered and easy to put together. Everything fit perfectly and took a friend about an hour and a half to assemble for me. The remote is easy to operate and has more functions than I anticipated. I especially like that the ambience of a fire can be cut on with or without heat and that the heat and fan can be regulated for more than just high and low. The temperature settings seem to be very accurate. I am now just waiting for colder weather to determine if the heating function meets my expectations based on everything else that is so well designed. I highly recommend this product.

I was very surprised at how substantial the entire mantel and insert are. Very pleased with look and function. Unfortunately the remote is hard to use and the instructions aren't much help. I got it mainly for looks, not heat, so I finally got it set with no heat and just have to manually turn it off and on.

Solid construction using no particle board and manufactured biscuits in real wood. Realistic flames and logs in firebox. Excellent product.

This is NOT delivered Prime. It's a horrible trucking process. Took 2 weeks to get the item but was promised in 2 days. I had to chase it down. The item comes in two boxes. There are no instructions to assemble wood mantel AND no instructions as to when/how to insert the electric appliance. Sigh. For this outrageous price, it should have instructions, a link, something!

Beautiful mantle. It’s very heavy and good quality. The fire still looks slightly synthetic, however it’s the best quality electric fireplace I’ve ever seen!
