Not good

Bought this clipper lasted one month the cable at the top twisted and split thus no power so disappointed .

Nice to use but stopped working after 8 weeks :(

Lovely clippers to use although slightly heavier than my last but..... completely stopped working after 8 weeks bearing in mind I only groom 2 days a week! The cord is the problem as it constantly twists and ravels itself up. Requested a refund as unacceptable :(

Cable twists and breaks wires - don’t bother buying!

These are a disappointment, the cable constantly twists and bunches up, nothing will unravel it to make it straight. This then resulted in the wires fraying and breaking and clippers no longer work after 10 months 😞 am going to try sending back to Heiniger for replacement. Am going to try cordless ones!

Absolutely love it.

Always used a Whal clipper on my dogs and that was fine but the fur on the dog I have now means that the clipper sticks constantly. Despite sharpening blades and piling I would dread having to trim her. Then a friend suggested I try the Heiniger. Well, so impressed I just had to have one. Couldn’t afford new so bought used from a good seller and it’s heaven to use. Please try one before you buy if you can and you’ll be blown away.
