Q: Hello. what kind of Meterial is this bracelet, and will it make your wrist turn color if your wrist gets sweaty??

I love mine. The QR code piece is metal which doesn’t break me out . I’m allergic to several kinds of metal so i was a little worried, but the band is plastic that looks like metal. Bracelet is very nice and easy to set up and update info as needed.

Q: What kind of scanning software do you guys use

The iPhone I use, the camera comes with the scan function, or you can download the scanning software in Google Store or Apple Store, this software is very common, scanning the code is very easy

Q: Will the medical dial plate fit onto a Samsung watch band? I believe it is slightly bigger than an apple band. Thanks!

The one I have is 3/4 of an inch. I kept the metal band. I think there are smaller ones available. I don't have the type that fits on a watch band.

Q: Can the bracelet length be easily reduced? I have small wrists but like the look of your bracelet.

I’m sure that it can have link’s removed, not sure how easy it would be to do so though. Mine is too short
