Better than you would expect, shockingly good.
Very well made product (I guessed US or Germany, but they're made in Thailand). The gloves have a supple stretch to them that was unexpected. The included printed instruction sheet (Yay!) says "Made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, glass fibre and spandex. The Amazon listing and sticker on the ziplock bag say "Stainless Steel material", but there is no evidence of steel, stainless or otherwise. It may be enclosed in the yarn, but that's doubtful, as it's nice and stretchy. I'm just guessing, but maybe the steel construction has been replaced with the UHMW/Glass fiber as listed. There is no evidence of glass fibre either, no itchy, irritating feel, these are just NICE! You wouldn't know they are cut resistant if it didn't say so. They fit, feel and work like super high end work gloves. The instructions say not to test, but I just had to, and used the cuff of the safe (cutting) hand. 3 strokes with a freshly stropped 2" Sloyd Knife in the same spot didn't break a single fiber or even leave a mark, good enough for me, I'm convinced they will stop almost any slip (nothing is infallible). The weave is a lot like chain mail, and like it, they are susceptible to puncture with a pointed blade tip, but that's a longshot carving accident (even then, I'd expect they would help reduce the injury a fair amount). Size is a little big if anything (a good thing), most gloves I buy marked "Large" fit too tight to be comfortable, and these are just a tad large, what I consider a perfect fit. They are an ambidextrous cut, where they fit either hand well, and as such can be worn with nibs in or nibs out. If you only wear a glove on the off hand, you in effect get 2 gloves, one with nibs, one without. (I'm not a fan of ambi gloves, but these stretch-fit so well, you don't even notice)These are a top of the line tool, suitable for many trades, they would excel for sheet metal work, glass and other potentially sharp material handling, banding work, fabric/leather cutting or food prep as well as wood carving, sculpting and any such blade-centric activities.Instructions say no heat or power tools (snag risk I'm pretty sure), and don't feed your T-rex carrots with them.I can't recommend them enough, I will be using them for a variety of jobs where I used to pull out the uncomfortable, stiff leather gloves (or didn't).If you participate in activities where cuts are a risk, these could save you from an injury, (minor or life altering) and they are about as unobtrusive as one can make a glove, so you will be much more likely to be wearing them when that slip happens. They are more comfortable than the smack of a razor sharp knife blade into the side of your hand, trust me on that one.Don't be without them when that slip happens.

A Great Product and Great Customer Service!
Not only is this a well-made, outstanding product, they have the BEST Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I placed my order according to the size chart and ordered a small pair of gloves. Even though it fit it was just a little too tight around my fingers. I contacted the company and without hesitation they sent me a new pair of Medium gloves. They work perfectly. I would highly, highly recommend No Cry. They can easily be a model to many of how Customer Service is to be done! Thank you No Cry!

Larger than size guide, but they seem to be made well!
I measured my hands carefully before purchasing these, and bought the medium size, per the size guide. They were just too large for me, unfortunately so I had to return them. For reference, I have long fingers and wear a women’s 5.5 wedding band (fairly thin, long fingers— I can stretch a full octave on a piano lol) and my measurements were on the small end/near the middle of the range stated for the medium size. Also, I typically wear a medium in dishwashing gloves or latex gloves. These gloves fit the length of my hand to the wrist just fine, but they had so much extra fabric in the palm that I could have put a medium sized lemon inside along with my hand! And while the I made sure my fingers were all the way inside the gloves (making sure there was no extra fabric in the “web” area between each finger), the ends of each finger were still too long, with loose fabric at the ends of each finger.I will probably try the small size at some point, and hopefully they will fit better. Other than the fit of mine, I think these seem to be made very well, though I did not try using them in the kitchen, since I felt the improper fit might create a safety issue. With the right fit, I think these would come in handy while using a mandolin slicer (I cut off the tip of my thumb using one of those many years ago, and I’m not making that mistake again!), or for cutting slippery or awkward to grasp vegetables like watermelon, butternut squash, etc. Of course, with a properly sharpened knife and proper knife technique, a glove “shouldn’t” be necessary... but what human being using a knife has always been 100% perfect? No one is perfect, or is able to completely focus at all times, so that’s what these are for! After my purchase I received an email from the company with some safety tips, and I actually appreciated that, unlike some of the seller/manufacturer emails that just seem like marketing or solicitations. Per the email, these are for kitchen use (for protection while using a mandolin slicer, or using knives on a cutting board), and are not capable of preventing puncture wounds. They should not be used when using a meat slicing machine, and should not be used when working with power cutting tools, etc. And the email also stated that you shouldn’t try to test the limits of the glove with your hand inside, which seems like VERY good advice! The thought of that makes me nauseous. Don’t do that!I wish these had worked for me, and I hope to try a smaller size sometime. I’ll definitely purchase this brand again, though! Fingers crossed the small ones fit!

Good Quality gloves
I bought these gloves to use when cleaning fish. I could never get a large enough filleting glove from any of the fishing equipment companies to fit my hand. These gloves are large and fit very well. They appear to be very well made. I look forward to using them but my initial impressions are they are a very good product.

Excellent gloves, wish I'd discovered them years ago.
Would highly recommend these gloves with the grips ( which cost slightly more) . A very useful safety precaution . I'm glad I took the time to check the sizing chart as I would have assumed I needed a medium but in fact, having measured my hands as per the seller's instructions, I ordered small and they fit perfectly. Not only do these stop you cutting yourself, they help grip what you're slucing/chopping but keep your hands clean during food preparation.

Aspettative completamente diverse..
