I’ve been frequently repurchasing this delicious syrup for quite a long time but it’s been a few too many times now that they just get delivered to me destroyed. This time is the last straw because I only got two out of the three bottles intact and that severely shortened how long I went having brown sugar syrup that I use everyday. I attempted to reach out to get reimbursement from ups first but to no avail… which made me angry. But I also think the packaging choice for something so delicate is poor. Why is it packaged in an envelope that can just so easily be tossed around with no fragile label? Choose better packaging… I’ll be buying a different brown sugar syrup now as it’s just not worth the already pretty big price tag if it’s just gonna get to me busted 50% of the time.

My girls (ages 4-12) love drinking Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Got this and had the girls make their own. Taste is perfect!Be careful when you are pouring it out as the syrup is thin and will just pour out. You’ve got to Slowly pour it out. It’s not as thick as I’d like it to be; kind of like maple syrup. So that’s why 4 stars. Yes, I’d definitely buy it again if I can’t find another brand that’s a little thicker to my liking.
