Christopher's Original FormulasSoothing Digestion - 180 Vegetarian Capsules

I like this product I opened the capsules and just use it as a drink. I don’t like taking pills and.being able to take it as a drink really helped.

I am currently undergoing Dr. Christopher's candida cleanse, which uses this formula in combination with his other formula "Intestinal sweep." The directions require taking large amounts of each formula and so I prefer to empty the capsules into a glass and mix with water. Usually I expect a gritty, bitter taste that can be hard to get down. But with this formula all I can say is WOW! All it is is 2 ingredients: Slippery Elm Bark and licorice root. It tastes wonderful and you can definitely taste the licorice too. This is good for soothing and healing the intestinal lining and lesions in the intestinal wall. I am highly impressed and satisfied with this product, and look forward to purchasing more of Dr. Christopher's herbs in the future.

I use this regularly for acid reflux. I feel the product is helpful. I only take 2 per day. Good brand for herbal therapies.

I have used this product for about four weeks. And just like all Dr. Christopher's products it works great. Well at least for me. It soothing your bowels and make it consistent. Anyone with stomach problems should consider using this product. It is not harsh on the stomach. I followed the directions on the container and in the morning, I had a gentle movement. I will add this to my medicine cabinet.

I used this product as part of the Dr. Christopher's Candida Cleanse. If you go to Dr. Christopher's website you can read about the program and how to do it, I followed the program as outlined on the website. I've been dealing with a candida problem for about a year at this point and have tried many different products. This was one of the very few candida cleanse programs/products that actually had an effect on me. So in that regard I'm very pleased with the product. But it by no means solved my problems with candida and I'm still working on healing. The program was fairly easy to follow. I have been following a basic anti-candida diet for months now so I didn't need to make any additional dietary changes. But if you are currently eating a diet high in sugar you'll need to make some changes. The downside to this program is that it is a lot of pills to take in one day, at least 31 a day (and I went a little easy on the Lower Bowel since I am sensitive to any bowel cleanse or laxative products). This high number of pills is compounded if you take any vitamins on a regular basis as well. But the pills are fairly easy to swallow, a little on the large side, but they went down fine. They do have an herb-y taste to them, but I didn't find it offensive. I found I preferred to take them on an empty stomach but I don't think it changed the effectiveness when I did take them with food. It was easier for me to space out the timing of taking all the pills if I took them mostly in-between meals.Over all I was pleased with the product and I may give the program another attempt at some point. But it's a lot of pills to take in one day so if you have difficulty taking a large amount of pills this may not be the program for you if you are following the candida cleanse.

I love this because I know this is tmi but you actually get a real stool not a runny mess where your losing electrolytes and sometimes like with any medicine you get used too the dose so you might have too up it after a while I take anywhere from 4-6 a night but it varies from person too person
