Excellent absorbency, Tapes aren't the best at sticking
Absorbency is very adequate considering how thin these Nappies are. No leaks yet, even after multiple wettings. There seems to be no small sizes but the medium can be adjusted and taped tighter to fit smaller hips with no trade off in quality or use.Though on this point, The tapes, specifically the bottom two tapes, seem to come undone very often. Especially if you undo and redo the tapes multiple times. They pull the velcroable cotton off if done too often.It should be noted that it's not recommended by the manufacturers to undo the tapes excessively or to treat these as day (high mobility) Nappies as they're made for low mobility or bed bound users at night.For these reasons I'm still giving 5 stars. I just thought it relevant to include these points.

Good product a bit thin compared to other brands but does do the job

Bad relay BAD. Wot can i say but no were near as good as the TENA ultimate plastic backed adult nappies. They fall off your hips when full, leak at night and only good for one wetting. DO NOT GET THESE IF YOU WONT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. Get these TENA Slip Active Fit Ultima OR Molicare Slip Maxi Medium (Plastic Backed). I HAVE TRIED BOTH and can say they are good not great but good and remmber plastic you can sweat a lot in them but a wet bed or sweaty bum i choose sweaty bum.

Mad inflation..
I cannot see how they can increase in price by nearly £7 a pack in only 2-3 weeks, that's some mark u, good product, just too too expensive to consider buying ..

One bladder void and then change otherwise leaks
These are advertised as nighttime incontinent products the person who said to use these managed to use it once the second time it leaked their sleep on their side and they leak every time wouldn’t recommend it if heavy wettingHave to change after one bladder void.
