Well made, and worth the money.
This review was for a Kala tenor ukulele. Kala makes a good affordable instruments. For the price they are hard to beat. This is a product I trust. The sound is great, the strings are good quality. I really like the tenor size, because it is easier to play, and the pitch is more mellow than a soprano uke . I would buy this again, and recommend it to friends.

Ukelele does not hold notes in the beginning.
My original review was completely negative as the ukelele failed to hold a tune. After stretching the cords for a couple hours, it holds a tune fantastic and I am adjusting my review accordingly. The sound is very warm and it's easy to play.

Wrong color received, but the ukulele itself is perfect!
I ordered the ukulele in black and received mahogany. It was to be gifted to my husband as a Father’s Day gift. He actually loved the mahogany color anyway and decided to keep it instead of going through the return process and receiving the correct one that was ordered. The ukulele itself is built nicely and plays well. My husband is very pleased. It was his favourite of all the gifts we gave him for Father’s Day.

Very poor quality!
I bought this hoping to upgrade from a Horse tenor I also purchased on Amazon. I must admit the sound of this uke is a little better than the Horse but EVERYTHING else was much worse. The fret wires were sharp, all of them! The overall finish was much lower quality, to the point that I heard my forearm on the finish as I strummed! I am a beginner and the neck was narrower than the Horse making chords much harder for my beginner hands. It was exactly twice the price of the Horse and half the quality... thank goodness for Amazon's return policy! Take a look at Rich Davis's YouTube channel, he has great recommendations for beginners and look past this product. Thanks Rich!

Best Bargain Uke!!!
Great value Uke for beginners and advanced musicians on the run. I was surprised at the tone and how well built it was for the price. Keep up the great work to help other enjoy playing music to enrich their lives!
