I have used it on all our pressure washers, even up to over 5,000 psi without issues.

Do I need to purchase any special attachments to use a different brand nozzle?

Should work with any 3/8" nozzle.

Does it fit with 3/4” tap?

You can put Gadena's 3/4 connector separately, if in case it is not supplied with it. But there won't be problem at all.

Is it battery or mains powered? Or only manual power?

Manual Power ONLY. Gardena is the best possible company for these products, but this particular model develops cranks and leakages after using it for a while.
