Seems to do a good job.I used this to descale my De'Longhi Micalite Espresso Coffee Machine which I've had for approximately one year.I've never descaled it before, so thought it was time that I did.it's very easy to use; just fill the water tank with 500 ml of water. Add one sachet of EcoDescalk to the water. Operate the coffee machine until water starts to come through the system. Then leave it for 20 to 30 minutes - I left it for about an hour. I then operated the machine to evacuate the descaling solution. Then flushed it through a couple of times easy.The water that came out after the one hour soak did look a bit messy, so I guess the descaler did the job. And it makes me feel better about my coffee machine - it should help to keep it going longer.For the price, I think it's worth it.Happy with purchase.

Saved my coffee machine
Saved my coffee machine. I was about to buy a new one until I realised this existed. It even helped from the stopper which let's water into the machine. Beforehand, this was hamming. I thought it was because the machine was old (10+ years) but actually it was just dirty.Doesn't smell and easy to use. Just add to water and put through the machine.If you press both buttons on the machine, they will flash, and if you press the lungo(?) button - the big cup one - it'll just go through all of the water in the tank. I think this is called 'descaler mode'.

Just use citric acid or vinegar, it’s the same.
This product is useless and doesn’t provide any benefit compared to using citric acid or white vinegar which are considerably cheaper. It’s just marketing.

Our nespresso machine wasn’t working very well and only small amounts of coffee were being filtered. Decided to de scale using this product and good as new!
