Exceeded expectations
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt obligated in this case. This exceeded my expectations, by far. Especially at this price. For those interested, I'll explain my observations on it:Its not all wood, for example- the vertical tubes are not, but feel very sturdy. They are some kind of hollow layered paper composite, with end caps glued in. They are feel much more sound than I expected. The platforms are some sort of particle board, and feel sturdy. The little cat condo/room is fabric on the sides, like a tent with the top and bottom being wood. The two platforms with padding, are only padded on the edges, to make it harder for the cat to slip off. The area where your cat will actually lay down, is two layers of carpet, not padding. (My cat doesn't seem to mind, as she hasn't left the top platform since I set it up 3 hours ago)The little baskets seem to be a thin metal ring with carpet sewn around. My cat hasn't used them yet, but they certainly feel strong enough for her at about 12lbs. I believe they would bend before they fail entirely. There are a couple rough spots from excess glue near some of the carpet seams, but hey, for less that $100, I'm thrilled with the overall quality.Mine doesn't wobble at all, but I would still recommend using the included wall achor, as more than one cat, or some aggressive play might be an issue. It's no fault of the build quality, just the size of the lowest platform. It smells a bit like plastic, but I'm sure that will air out soon. It's got some lint and bits of cut carpet on it from the factory, but that is not an issue.Assembly was relatively easy. The instructions leave a little to be desired, but luckily all of the parts have a sticker, marking its number in the instructions.Every little scratching post section you see in the pictures, is its own individual part. It was more parts than I expected. The hardware is not labeled, but there are only 3 types of screws/studs in the model I purchased. Sorting what went where was easy enough. She hasn't left the top basket 3 hours later and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for my three new rescues
This took quite a while to assemble as it comes in so many pieces but it was totally worth the effort. It’s sturdy (for cat weight), very tall, has lots of areas for them to climb and play, is soft and attractive. All three cats love it and have used every part of it. It’s a huge game changer for my new rescues as they get used to the space - that is their safe place and they are very comfortable there. The playful add-ons like the dangly balls are also really fun for my youngest rescue, who is 8 months old. I’ve already gotten a lot of compliments on the appearance of it and am proud to provide it to them!! For $100 this is honestly a steal.

My 2 young ones love it!!
My two bottle baby's have each reached 9lbs, so they are starting to out grow their basket on their other cat tree. They are loving this tree. And the baskets are big, so there is still room for them to grow. Even my 13lb cat climbed around on it playing and had plenty of room.I do wish the bottom part had more weight to it. It does wobble a little when they are chasing each other around on it. (I laid a butcher block on the bottom for now). The only issue I had putting it together was the small poles that go in the enclosed area. You can't see what your doing so it was a little harder to get those in. But over all the assembly was easy. After reading a few other reviews I'm giving my OP. -As with any thing you build, save yourself the hassle later and count all your parts first! I didn't have any thing missing and even had a few extra. But you never know. This is not the carpeted type of cat tree. While those are nice they are $$$. This one is decent for the money. Just know what you are getting. There is a hole in one of the beds yes. But its because a screw for a post will go there. And to the reviews that say this is for kittens? I'd love to know how much your cats weight.

Love it!
Love this tree. I have a ragdoll who is quite big, and still growing (11 months, 15lbs). He fits perfectly! The tree is very sturdy and comes with tethers to secure it to the wall. I was nervous he wouldn’t use it much, but ever since I put it up, it is his favorite spot to be! Would definitely recommend. The only down side is I think the one I bought came a little defective and didn’t have the holes to install one of the toys.

Sturdy and great for large cats
My cats LOVE this cat tree. I have one big cat and one little one and they both fit on the top perch together. I haven’t secured it to the wall yet but it’s still very sturdy even when they are both playing on it. The little mouse is a fun bonus too that they love playing with. Definitely recommend this cat tree!
