Gnats like me, and having presumably had a hungry one in my trousers, I’ve got 3 bites on one leg and 2 on my foot. Coincidentally, this little device had just arrived, so it was a perfect chance to try it out.I used it on level 4 last night, a couple of times on each bite. There was no more relief from itching than you get if you just push on a bite with your finger. They itched under the duvet.They were itching again this morning, so I used it again. They’re itching now as I type this. I don’t believe this has made any difference whatsoever.I’m disappointed that it feels like I’ve fallen for a ‘too good to be true’ device that basically just has some little lights and a thing that goes ‘beep’ on it.Stick to creams. At least it’s easier to believe that they are doing something to help.I’m afraid I can’t recommend this.

It really works as a great after-bite treatment. I get immediate relief from itching after using it so avoiding infection from scratching.This is the best and most effective Insect Bite Healer i have ever purchased.

I ordered this whilst in Mexico for delivery when I got back to UK. I got back this morning after have been repeatedly bitten by Mosquitos and and other blood sucking insects including two attacks by Horse Flies. I was really looking forward to owning this item. I did look at a similar item but opted for this one based on the fact that the item is "Fulfilled by Amazon".Unfortunately the item will NOT heat up. The battery indicator lights work OK but there is no heat whatsoever.I'm in the process of returning it. Pitty

Initially it worked, but now after a few days all it does is light up and beep, I've changed the batteries thinking that was the problem but no, it still doesn't work, will be requesting a refund.

This thing is great on those itchy lumps that suddenly appear from flies. The relief lasts for many hours. It does hurt for the few seconds it's on but it's more than worth the pain. Would definitely recommend.

I always suffer badly from mosquito bites on holiday which become infected. One use of biteaway and the itchiness disappeared and the large swelling greatly reduced in size. It worked much better than any ointment I have ever used.

One to two zaps with the insect bite healer and the itch from a bite is gone and the bite heals quickly with no infection occuring. You may have to apply it a few times to stop the itching completely but healing is speeded up.
