Poor vendor

The item is defective and they refuse to let my return it or refund it. I was able to charge it but after charged (the blinking light went solid) I tried to turn it on from both the cord plugged in and removed from the wall plug. It does not work. Immediately, I plugged it back in, to check it again, and it started blinking again- so its not functioning and I think a defective item should at least be returned and refunded.

Don’t buy this!

Buyer beware! You can’t return and they won’t refund or replace which is just wrong. I received the item later than expected, charged it and it doesn’t work. I don’t think it is charging correctly as it never stops blinking to indicate a full charge. I should at least get a refund as the item is defective.
