Don't buy this product !!!! Pills are sticking together!

There is no taste, easy to swallow, seem to be of a good quality. May be a little expensive but I feel like I can trust this product. Do not notice any changes in health or energy levels. Must function because when I skip a day I can feel it in my joints.

Coq10 is an essential enzyme in energy metabolism and is recommended for people with heart problems so I started taking it. I'm not sure if it's doing anything that I can actually feel, but I'm hoping that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. The only problem I have with these particular softgels is their huge, long, oblong shape. At first, I popped two of them and they immediately lodged sideways in my esophagus which wasn't too pleasant. I've learned to take them one at a time and hope they go down pointed on the right direction rather than sideways. They're long and pointy, a bad shape for anything that's meant to be swallowed! I would think the so-called number one CQ10 brand would be more aware that their generally overpriced product needs to be in a form that can be easily swallowed by the mostly sick and elderly demographic that purchases their products. These are large, long pills that can cause choking if you're not careful or have any type of swallowing difficulties.

Good price , nice quality . Capsules are bigger than I would like but ,will work with it .
