Says made in China- is the manufacturer a legit company? Is this unbleached parchment paper or something that look like it?

Looks like unbleached parchment paper to me. Works wonderful in my air fryer.

has anyone tried using these under the grates so the oil goes through the grates but the basin is easy to clean?

I’ve used under grate to catch grease then also just on tray like you were baking with parchment paper

Would grease from food get through holes to bottom of basket?

It all depends on what you are cooking. I use this item when cooking french fries or chicken nuggest and a very minimal amount of grease is not absorbed through the paper. Much better than just putting the items in the basket.

Will these work with a ninja foodi sp101 8 in 1 air fryer?
