UPDATE: Stop looking and BUY THIS ONE! I have been using this for over a week now, 6- 8 hours in one stretch. It is so firm, yet cushy! My weight is all in my backside and this supports me perfectly. No pain at all! I will be buying another one to keep at work when I return in the Fall.After many days of reading reviews, I landed on this one. So far, so good. I haven't used it for a long period yet, but out of the many I have tried, this is the only one I have liked right away and kept. I tried some comparable products, as well as a much pricier one from a company that only makes this type of product. It was also comfy, but provided less padding and support. It felt like nothing more than a contoured cushion. For $70, not at all worth it.I bought this product in the premium large. I am average weight, 5'4", and a curvy Size 8. This cushion fit my width perfectly, without digging into my hips or back of my thighs. I have a traditional chair at home, and this cushion brings my feet off the floor. It won't be an issue at work, as I have an adjustable office chair. It is something you will want to keep in mind, though, if you are on the short end. I have slight scoliosis and am amazed that this helps my pelvis stay in line much better than without it. I will be interested to see how it does in an 8 hour day, but I can definitely say in the worst case scenario, it will be better than nothing.

The past couple of years I've noticed my lower back giving me more and more issues as I spend several hours a day at my computer for work. It was getting to the point where I couldn't stay seated for more than an hour at a time before I had to get up and walk around or take pain relief meds. Sometimes due to my job though I couldn't get up and move around as much as I needed to. I tried different chairs which only helped mildly. I decided to try this product out and I have been pleasantly surprised. There have been days where I've ended up glued to that seat for several hours at a time while working and I barely feel it in my back if at all due to this product. Was seriously a life saver!

It's definitely comfortable and adds the cushioned support I need for my hair chair- but it's not good for long periods of time. It gets flat.. but that may be because of my big butt.

i was having tailbone pain. I sleep in an adjustable bed to help with vertigo but than started noticing putting pressure on my tailbone and hard to sit. I bought one for my desk. It is so helpful! The outside cover is very soft so you can wear shorts (I bought a different one that had the worst mesh outside cover). I brought this to the stadium for a baseball game and worked well too. I ended up buying a second one it worked so well.

OMG! I didn't know they made them like this.I've been using deflated air bags compared to this.Seriously though this is really good. My old one would slide everywhere, was 1/2 this size and, quite frankly, didn't help too much.This one doesn't move, and is very comfortable for an 8+ hour shift.

Awesome padded seat cushion! My couch is old and I sit most of my day. I use this all day and my bottom doesn’t get sore! I also ordered one for my husband who works driving a bus for long periods of time. He loves it too!

I worked from home and sat in my chair for more than 8 hours every day. So, before purchasing this product, I had always experienced numbness in my lower extremities as well as pain in my lower back and hip area. When I started using this memory foam, the pain in my back, hips, and extremities decreased by about 90%. I would give this product a 9 out of 10.
