I often have trouble sleeping, mostly waking up throughout the night and have difficulty falling back asleep. Also, when I wake I do not feel well rested and my energy is low throughout the day.I purchased this grounding fitted sheet because I am desperate for good sleep. I have tried SO many different things/modalities to help with sleep...essential oils, magnesium supplements, white noise, darkened room, low room temperature, no screen time before bed and nothing has provided much relief...until I started using this sheet!!!!I fall asleep faster and wake up less and fall back asleep quickly after waking up. Most importantly, I feel rested upon waking for the day and my energy throughout the day has drastically improved!In regards to the sheet itself, it is comfortable, fits on the mattress and does NOT come off (like the others I have tried). Also, I really like the color. It matches our top sheet perfectly.

I wanted to try this concept without the hefty price tag so I gave this one a try. I did need deep sheets for my king adjustable bed and these work perfectly. My husband is picky with sheets and has no problem with this as far as comfort.So we tried it being skeptical and holy moly we sleep like the dead, no more joint aches, and feel really refreshed upon waking (mid 50's). Our dog even lays on the sheet instead of the comforter now. We even took it with us on vacation and for the first time we weren't bothered by sleeping on different beds (When you have an adjustable bed it's hard to sleep anywhere else). So yeah... Ground yourself! It works!

I was hopeful these sheets would work. After 5 days here are my findings. The manual is confusing. Why would this matter for a fitted sheet? Well the entire claim of this grounded blanket is that once grounded it will disapait electrical energy. They give you a pen to test and instructions. Those instructions are not clear. So my test with the included pen get the same results whether sheet is connected to grounding wire or not. I should have known from then it wasn’t going to deliver on the promises. My partner says he is sweating more than a regular sheet. Maybe it is just this sheet may seek replacement.

I like that it has 2 options for the ground lead, although why it has 2 connections in each place (a TOTAL of 4 connections) confuses me a little. The sheet is fine. it's not noticeably different to the usual cotton sheets we have been using. IE the "wires" aren't noticeable to me while sleeping on it.But the "Test Pen" is total BS. It's a basic continuity test. IE is the thing between the TWO leads conductive? If yes, light up. If no, don't. It does NOT do ANYTHING to prove the sheet is grounded in any way. I did use it to verify the cable the sheet came with was "good", instead of grabbing a multi-meter from the garage.One night isn't enough to verify if the "grounding" does anything. Personally, as an electrical engineer, I think it's BS, but my wife believes it. I do expect it to help with static in bed at least...I do wish the sheet came with "female to female" cables for use with pillow cases. I got "grounded" pillow cases as well, but from a different manufacturer, and needed to run the cables all over the bedroom to get all 3 linens grounded, with also having power strips for our nightstands.I chose NOT to run the ground wires from the linens to the powerstrips, as I wanted to give the sheets the best chance of working, and didn't want to catch flak for "the power strip is doing weird crap!"

We got some grounding thing you're supposed to sleep on. Like a 2 foot wide strip of conductive material that goes across the width of the bed. Needless to say, it didn't stay in place well, so we decided to try a grounding sheet. Looked around for one that would fit a thick mattress, 15" ish. While this is supposed to fit, it does just barely. Like you might get the corners stretched over, but they won't stay there and there will be exposed mattress along the length between the corners that it will never stretch over. As far as the benefits of "grounding", ehh, maybe. Felt like the other strip thing worked and I noticed it, not so sure on this one, but it's hard to quantify or measure those benefits to begin with.So, does it ground you? Perhaps. Does it fit a 15" thick mattress? No.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered king size, they are a little large but with a few tucks, they are fine. Husband has gone from a 60 sleep score to a 90. His back is feeling better and his knees are not so stiff. I think there is something to this grounding thing.Our dog will pull the comforter and blankets back and sleep on the sheets as well.They are soft, have a few wrinkles but nothing major. Great value for the money.

I ordered these because I know grounding is legit, and this happens to be reasonable priced. I am trying grounding sheets for the first time, and I've noticed that the sleep quality has improved, and better rest. The bedsheets are quite comfortable and good quality. The test pen to verify that the grounding is in fact working is a plus. Would recommend.
