What style/brand of boots is this model wearing?

The look like Doc Martens. Maybe LEI brand Doc Marten knock offs?

Is the toe seam on the inside smooth?

The seam is overcast so there is is 1/16 inch rinsed over seam. It never bothered me and I and sensitive to tags etc

I don't know, but probably china. The colors are beautiful and last through washes, and they are soft and comfortable but VERY VERY thin!
