Worse bike ever never buy

Inspect every Nut and Bolt
Right front wheel nut fell off at some point left front one is loose. My son loves his bike. I love this bike but you can only imagine what could have happened. Inspect every bolt and nut every time you ride this bike. I went through and put Loctite on us every Bolt don't know what to do about this wheel nut. Hard to get in contact with the company.

Out of the Box, arrived in pristine condition, Fully Charged a plus. At 56 years young and never having a drivers license, I've been through my fair share of ebikes. Literally slapped together in a breeze...about an hour. I'm so impressed with the engineering. As for buying an ebike online, this was my first time. I now know my 6 weeks of sussing out bikes paid off. Backing this with years of experience, the EKXBIKE X20 Electric Bike was what I thought it was a perfect "10"Brake Pads are still breaking in I'm sure I'll update this bike in a week or so."Boss Hogg" ya I named her....
