Honestly I like the artwork.However this book has a major flaw.The black ink used on the rear of each page as a backing transfers very easily without much pressure, not just onto the next page, but 5-6 images later, you need to place extra sheets of paper between each sheet of the book for 5-6 images to prevent ink transferring.On top of that, with the paper being thin, and having the black ink backing on every page, you cannot use any kind of liquid ink markers, and certainly not alcohol ink markers, else they completely penetrate into the black ink behind the image and meld. Likewise your can't use a cotton but with turps for blending.If you're getting it as a kid's stocking filler at Christmas with some cheap pencils it may be worth it. But I sadly cannot recommend this to a teen or adult hobbyist.Sorry it's a miss from me.
