It is very easy to use. I have used the device 20 minutes per day on my lower back , abdomen, head foot etc. After two weeks I feel my back is getting better . Actually infrared light is not just for pain relief it is also benefit for gut health . It does require regular usage. I have a desk job and work at home, so I can use it while I work on the computer. I appreciate that it comes with goggles to protect eyes during treatments.
