We chose this vest purely by comparison using the descriptor and product details with others and it's been a super buy, fitting well, comfortable, with a useful set of pockets. Recommended.(Oh, and we don't fish, this is used for dog walking in the UK country side - to carry all the bits and pieces you need instead of my Wife carrying a hand bag of any kind - she loves it).

Relatively lightweight. Plenty of pockets, couple of d rings to hold extendable tools ie disgorged/scissors etc… well made and excellent value

Useful, multi pocketed garment. Not just for fishing, but gardening, photography, walking... I bought it to hold items of photographic equipment, tissues, etc. and it was just the thing

Value for money

Vest was used for hiking and I was quite pleased with it apart from a size medium being too large, even though I am a 6 foot athletic build with a 42 inch chest. I think a small would have fitted better. The pockets were useful, more than enough to hold a variety of kit.

I'm very pleased with this jacket. It is priced very competitively. I haven't used it yet but plan wearing it through the airport as I take a lot of photography equipment when I travel and always take it as hand luggage so can load up the pockets. I noticed from previous reviews comments about size but mine fits fine. It's not the sort of jacket that you should wear tight because if the pockets are loaded it would make it uncomfortable.

Not sure how long it will last. Bought for a teenager, who was more than happy. Wouldn't buy for a seasoned fisherman.
