Best seller ever!
I bought this rice-pot from USA Amazon, before I received this machine, I didn’t know this machine has only 100Voltage. In Germany we use 230Voltage for electrical equipment. I wanted to return the goods because of voltage problem, but the seller helped me to organize a transformer from Japan, and sent it to me as a gift! Now I can use this rice-pot as normal, and the rice tastes so delicious, I am so happy to keep it because of the transformer.Really thanks a lot to the seller, thanks for your patience, helpfulness and kindness!
