J'adore cette casserole , très contant de l'avoir acheter .Juste deux petits points , le premier est le poids un peu lourd surtout pour le poignet de ma conjointe.le deuxième est qu'il est facile d'égratigner le fond à l'intérieur de la casserole à la première utilisationj'ai simplement passer un fouet pour mélanger une garniture (citron) puis les traces du fouet sontdemeurés incruster !

This stainless steel saucepan heats up evenly and is easy to handle. Even when fully warmed, the handle is usable. I use it for making pasta all the time. It is durable and easy to clean. I let it soak in water a bit after cooking.

I love the pot but don't use the lid to fully strain it. You can use it to strain some, but I've lost a few meals because the lid isn't secure, even when I was being incredibly cautious, and it came lose causing everything to fall in my sink.If the strainer lid is the deciding factor for you I'd look for a different option that can lock on.

For the price point, I am beyond pleased. It is a solid, well constructed pan with a well made handle and glass lid. Plus it has a feature I did not find in more expensive name brands...a perforated lid which allows for easy straining via the pan's pour spouts. The fact that it is U.S. made and has a lifetime warranty was truly the icing on the cake. I also own several all-clad, and this compares nicely. I liked it well enough to buy a second in a different size.

This pot fit our need for a medium sized easy to handle cooking pot.
