They’re metal and feel pretty solid, shaped like the Microsoft paddles and fit well on the controller

They work as advertised. The machining on them seems to be a good quality, the buttons and paddles are all smooth. Only downside I have seen is that the paint where the paddles go into the control is missing. This doesn’t affect the overall performance and is hidden while in use so no big deal.
