Hevto Women Full Wetsuits Surfing 3mm Neoprene Keep Warm Scuba Diving Suit Plus Size for Water Sports

I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled for this wet suit because of how impressed I was with an affordable plus sized suit. This was my first wetsuit and it’s been working out well in cold PNW waters in fall so far, so here are my thoughts.Sizing for plus size:I really appreciate this suit actually fits my body size. I tried a few other brands and couldn’t even get them on. But this shorty wetsuit stretches easily over my big hips and 200+lbs frame.Now does it look flattering? Lol probably not but I’d rather have something functional that fits when it comes to any gear.Stretch and size: I had no problem getting this sucker on because of the stretchy fabric. That being said, I would Caution buyers into getting too loose a fit because any area that is loose, water will get underneath and defeat the purpose of keeping you warm. So when in doubt I’d suggest sizing down. Also, it’s a lot harder to take off if it’s dry so take it off immediately after swimming or in a shower and you should be able to pull your arm out and peel it off.Warmth:So I use this for swimming. Wearing it before I head to the lake I can feel how hot I start getting! And As a bigger person, I’ve already got some insulation but I feel like this still kept me warm dipping in the icy lakes or rivers in the PNW mountains over summer, and is holding up to my daily abuse of open water lake swimming in Fall. I’m not sure it will be enough for northern Pacific Ocean swimming outside of summer, but if you’re looking for some protection in fall or spring or in cooler climates, this suit keeps your core warm really well.Mobility:There’s some tightness in the shoulders but I’m the water swimming laps I don’t feel restricted at all.Durability:I’ve had it a few months and started swimming daily. I rinse with clean water after and it seems to be doing fine. I think eventually the stretch will start to sag but for $80 this is a heck of a starter shorty wetsuit!Highly recommend for my fellow plus size water lovers!

I am so apriciative to this brand for making affordable wetsuits for all body types! It's well made and feels good. Regarding fit, it has excess material under the armpits, as if it was made for a man (broader sholders) or someone with a longer torso. That and the inability to get in and out of the suit on my own is why i gave it 4 stars. I am 5'5, 155 lbs. Medium build. Ordered a size s1. Fit snug as desired but very good. Well constructed. Perfect thickness for ocean temps while in the Galapagus Islands. Peel back legs and arms about 4" and use a plastic bag to help insert arms and legs. There are youtube videos on the subject. Very happy with it.

I’m sure this will be great for someone else but not for me. So incredibly tight to get on. It was to large in certain places and to tight in others. Although I’m sure it would have kept me very warm. It just looked terrible on me. On the plus side you can cut the length off on the legs to make them the right length. I do recommend for less curvey women.

Needed a suit asap for a Swift Water Rescue Tech 1 class and luckily they answered my question about size within a couple of days. Got it on order and showed up day before our class. Perfect fit. I'm 5'6" 210lbs and they recommended L3 which was perfect. Would definitely purchase from again.

This wetsuit might not be the best quality you ever had but if you go by the sizing chart it fits. It's not easy to find a wetsuit for short chubby girls.

Great product for a fraction of the cost at the dive shop. Performed well was comfortable.This was a gift. Sized up and had to reorder in the smaller size per the size guide. Plus size fits well for a fuller figure.

I'm 5'2.5" and wear a 2X. I'm a BIG GURL. So it's hard for me to find wetsuits in my size. Well, when I looked at the size chart, plugged in my height, weight and measurements, I just knew I'd have a problem. Boy was I wrong! It fit perfectly! Definitely a keeper!

The media could not be loaded.  => Fast and efficient customer service: I had a doubt on the right size because of my hips and thighs: I sent my full measurements to the customer service with the wetsuits I was interested in, and they advised on the best size, even told me I could order different models and ship back the ones I didn't want. I ordered 2 and kept the one I felt really good in=> Only brand to offer different cuts for the same size depending on your measurements. I've been diving for 14 years and it's the first time EVER I can own a wetsuit that perfectly fits my body (and I tried many...)I highly recommend the products and the brand, the price/quality/service is awe-some.Please Hevto team, would you consider same models with more thickness options (5 or 7mm) or colours? Then you'd be far ahead of the competitors ;-)
