Has anyone tried writing on wood with these? Looking for something where the ink won't bleed on wood.

I’ve tried writing on smooth wood, but the ink wasn’t as vibrant as when coloring on smooth paper.

Are all of these colors labeled with a different name and number?

No none labeled in any way. They are see thru so you can see the colors. Also both end & cap show color too.

Does the 36 pack have any glitter pens in it?

The 80 gel pen set is the one that I have and all pens have glitter in them. The colors are mostly deep jewel tones and metallics but not many pastels, if any. If you can enlarge the image of the 36 pack, the label will say glitter or at least my 80 pack did. The amount of glitter isn’t over the top but gives a smart professional looking sheen to anything I color. Hope this helps.

Is there a set in the black case that isnt glitter?

I bought the 36 pen set with 12 glitter, 8 metallic, 6 neon , 6 pastel, and 4 classic colors. The 33 pen set has classic, neon, pastel, glitter and metallic pens. The glitter pens have caps on them that look more clear colored than the other colors in the sets. I tried rolling over the pens in the black case and it looked like some of the caps are not the clear colored. I hope this can answer your question.
