I was very thankful to find something like this compared to some other medical catalog, where I'm sure you probably would have costed much more money than what I paid for on here. It is very helpful and I suggest buying it if you need help with sea C pap equipment.

This has been a delightful addition to my sleep routine. Its retractable design and sturdy build keep my CPAP hose in place, preventing any mid-sleep disturbances from tangles or blocks. Not only does it help maintain a consistent airflow, but it also contributes to a much more restful sleep. It's a simple yet effective solution for any CPAP user seeking ease and peace of mind at night.

So I recently ordered and started using this. I'll start off with the things I like about it. First it is very sturdy which is better than the last one I was using. It was easy to put together and I do like the fact that it is height adjustable very much. The last one I had was not height adjustable and was too tall. However, there are things that keep it from a 5 star rating in my opinion. First, it does not come with any kind of travel case, so it would be difficult to take it when you are travelling. This is a negative in my opinion. Secondly, the mechanism for attaching the hose to the stand is flimsy and does not work well. It is just a Velcro wrap. In practice this just slides down the stand and is not the best. Finally, the mechanism to "hang" the hose at the end of the stand just does not work well in my opinion. Since the hose hangs way down and just slides back and forth, it just does not work well. It also interferes with the height adjustability as now the hose hangs way down. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars if I could, but I will be generous and give it 4. However it could have been a 5 if it came with a travel case and better mechanisms to attach the hose.

My 10 year old recently has been prescribed a CPAP and he was getting the tubing wrapped around his neck and everywhere else. This keeps the tube elevated so it swivels at the mask and is also flexible so it doesn't pull the mask off his face if he moves further than it is set for.

I prefer the kind with metal tubes connected together by a piece of elastic cord running through them instead of this Ikstar hose holder. Except that the weld broke after two years of use on that other style.The Ikstar holder does not break down that small for travel, and during regular use the screw connecting the vertical part to the horizontal part comes undone and the whole apparatus wiggles. Because there is no elastic cord, there is no give to keep your mask from pulling when you adjust your sleep position. So then you slacken the tube, which makes it rest on your face, which you were trying to avoid by using the hose holder. The Velcro strap is completely useless. I threw it away and replaced it with Rich and Ray Silicone Magnetic Cable Ties (which I love). I wouldn't buy it again but I'm making do with it for now.

A flimsy metal screw at the base holds the entire unit together. Somehow it snapped. There’s no way to fix it or get support. Very unfortunate.

Was concerned at first with how it was going to work, but now used to it and find it's handy and keeps me free from choking and getting wrapped up in my hose..

The product works as advertised. Installation was quick and easy. I really like the fact that it takes up very little space and that I have better air flow.
