One of my favorite salsas ever!
A buddy of mine brought this down for me from San Antonio when he was coming through with food and supplies for flood victims in the Houston area. I devoured the bottle in an hour with one other person. It's bright with acidity and pops with the heat like I'd expect from a chile pequin and their recipe is one of the tastiest salsas I've had to date. This is NOT a mild salsa, it definitely brings the heat. I love the entire range from bell pepper to the superhots and the heat level on this is perfect. People who can't handle too high of heat can enjoy this as much as those who love to bring the heat, but the former will probably need to enjoy at a much slower pace.I'm excited to see this on Amazon now and look forward to finishing off many, many bottles moving forward.
