A great way to stay healthy. Since I started using this, I have not gotten sick. This is only my experience.

I use this daily as a teacher. Not the most comfortable feeling, but gives me piece of mind. (I also wear a mask, but this is great for lunch, etc.)

Received promptly. Easy to use. No strong taste but you can taste the iodine solution. I am immunosuppressed so I am hoping it helps me to resist cold viruses. We will have to see if it helps.

Strong sting and smell that lasts
I bought this because my normal product has mysteriously become $50 a bottle during cold season. It's been a tough transition. The spray works as far as unblocking my sinuses and keeping sniffles away. However after each dose I have a strong sting in my nose that lasts for a few minutes. There is a chemical after smell for about an hour. I can't wait for my normal product to be available again.
