I've had a lot of heating pads over the years but this one is the best. It's soft, doesn't move around, has a long cord, has easy to use settings and works amazing. It's great for pain relief. Great value for the money.

This heating pad works great. One of the best features is the control pad. You can select actual temperature set points and it displays the current temperature. Also stays active for up to 3 hours. The best display feature is that the display turns OFF after about 20 seconds. So, if you like to use it while sleeping, you don't have to put up with a brilliant LED all night.

This heating pad is twice as big as the one I had and I love it.It is very soft and I can scroll it to the exact temperature I want. I would definitely buy this again!

This is my second heating pad within one year. My first purchase was the blue which I fell in love with. It was perfect however, it went out on me. I needed another one so I rushed and purchased the grey (overnight) delivery and this one is a mistake. It doesn't get as warm as thr blue pad and it's constantly shutting off after about 15 minutes. I should not have been so impatient. I have thrown the box away so I chose not to try for a return. Whenever this new one goes out I certainly will purchase another blue one.

This is nice having a long heating pad. Most of them I have had in the past are so short. Cord is long and easy to use. I need another one!

This heating pad did not heat up hot at all. It would slow that it was on as far as the display, but there was barely any heat. I returned within a few days in the original packaging and was only given a $12 refund, not even half of what I paid for it. Make sure you check details of seller before you buy. Very dissatisfied with this product and the return.

I have multiple back & neck problems & this pad is large enough to help on both areas. Heat is easy to change up or down and pad is comfortable and easy to use.
