I’m always looking for capsules of good value and these were excellent. I take one every morning and they are so easy to swallow.

The health benefits of turmeric are well known and I have been using supplements for a long time and it is something that I looked closely into when I first started using them. So I have some reasonable knowledge on the subject in regards to dosage and pricing.You get a resealable sachet of 365 capsules in this pack.I normally take 2 capsules. So with the dosage recommended by the maker these will last me 6 months.I found them easy enough to swallow and they went down ok with no adverse effects.PROS:Manufactured in the UKSlim resealable sachet.Unlike the tablet form don’t contain artificial fillers or binders.Adults can take up 1-2 capsules a day.They have black pepper mix that aid absorption into the body.Easy to swallow.They have a longish ‘Best before’ date of June 2025In summary.I think these are very good value for 6 months or a years supply if one is taken per day.(£17. 75p at the time of the review) and if I take two each day work out at only £2.95 p per month

I haven't as yet taken these, but for now I can say it is a large bag with around a years supply.I will come back to complete the review when I start to take the course of them.

I can't get enough of tumeric.Its a must have supplement for me now, since I started taking it earlier this year.And had amazing results.This is a good value pack, that is high strength and will last 3 to 6 months, at a dose of one or two tabs a day.I love the packaging too as its easy to store.Good supplement that I would buy again.
