This is easy to understand. It has forms that are premade with blanks to fill in your information. You fill in the blank areas and then have it notarized. I’m not a lawyer. I do not how much legal standing it has in the world of courts and laws. I feel like it is a basic form that will allow others to know your wishes in an organized manner.

I have used a number of POA's from lawyers and this one is as good...maybe better ....works to accomplish what I want with less confusion and a LOT less money.....would consistently recommend this product to others....
