Why did you choose this product over others?:Think these are the most comfortable earbuds I've ever tried - and I've tried many. Obviously all ears are different but these feel super comfortable and secure - don't feel like they're going to fall out at all - the moulded shape of the buds seem to fit exactly right in my ear. They are quite a large bud so might not be suited to the smallest ears.The sound is subjective as everyone likes different things but these are nice sounding - clear and precise - not bass heavy - more neutral with a natural bass - use the companion app to tweak things to your own liking.

Clear sound without being schrill, very good with voices. This is the first time I have tried ear buds so I have nothing to compare against except over ear headphones HD599 and 569, the buds lack base compared to the over ear type. The over ear definitely have better a sound but no good if you are doing running or something. These earbuds do fit quite well and have 4 different size cups. Over all these are listenable and reasonably comfortable.

I wouldn't buy from this page, the earphones arrived completely faulty which I don't expect from Sennheiser given the high price tag. They refuse to charge, and when they do the charge only holds for an hour at most. These should be tested before they are sold.

I love my new headphones. I looked at some reviews first while I was looking at a model 1 step down from these & the advice was to spend that little bit extra & buy these, especially for the more full base.The noise cancellation is excellent! I was walking the other day & I turned off noise cancellation with the app, while I was experimenting, and a road sweeper just behjnd me made me jump because I couldn't hear how loud it was until then...! That gave me great confidence in them!I also love the size of the box they sit in as it is nice and small, and it still has a battery inside that charge your headphones when needed. I'm not sure I've got it right, but I find you have to leave the lid open for the headphones to charge, which is fine, that way I know when they're done, when the light stops fading in & out.The comfort is amazing, better than expected. Once they're in they tend to stay in. They're good for every day activities, like sitting & walking, but I suspect they wouldn't suit running; but I haven't tried so couldn't say definitively. Make sure you use the right size ear fitments, to ensure a snug fit. When putting them in for the first time you think you're putting them in upside down, but you're not, they're desigjen to fit snuggly within your earlobe area. I'm glad I got the white ones now because they're not too disimilar to the colour of my ears & therefore are not too conspicuous.Battery life is very good so far. The longest I've warn them is 3 or 4 hours while DIYing, maybe a little longer, and they were more than fine. Charge time is pretty quick too, which is good.Quite frankly, once they're in I tend to forget I'm wearing them & I become immersed.

They have brilliant sound quality with good bass, and i managed to get a comfortable but snug fit with the included earbud tips (they dont fall out during light exercise). They have good noise cancelling, allowing you to focus on what you're listening to. The build quality is good, so i expect they will last a long time.Highly recommended!

These earbuds address the issue of ‘one size not fitting all’. There are 4 different sets of silicone ends to choose from. In addition the shape of the ‘body’ of the buds, feel comfortable in the ear which sit in pretty securely. They have stayed in place whilst running which has been a concern with others I have tried.I really appreciated the amount of noise they cut out when I was sat on a train recently. Not only could I hear what I was listening to clearly and sharply - but I also didn’t have to hear some ones rather loud phone conversation! I am looking forward to using them on a flight in a few weeks time – it will be blissful not having to listen to the engine sound.There are comprehensive instructions on set up and operation. I like how the case charges the buds so they never run out of charge. It is great to have the shortcuts when you press on the ear buds.Its impressive that within the app one of the settings is something called ‘sound zones’ which uses your current location and allows you to preset audio settings e.g. my brother set up a ‘sound zone’ for when he uses these earbuds at the gym - this immediately sets the sound cancelling to high and applies bass boosted equaliser when he enters. So he can focus on the workout.I have not been a fan of earbuds previously as they have usually felt a bit uncomfortable and as if they might drop out. Not these and great sound quality – highly recommend.
