Love this - heats up fast yet does not get too hot to the touch. It divider functions well, does not leak - I had to return three others because they did. This perfect for two of my family members to share, one is vegan and the other does not eat shellfish but does eat meat, so they are able to sit close to each other and enjoy their respective foods, securely.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Size seems to be just right. The level of heat can be controlled and stay hot.We are enjoying our new hotpot and overall very happy.

We really loved this. It heated quickly and hot pot became our number 1 go to meal. However, it's been dying with no real discernable cause. This most recent time, it wasn't hot enough to even cook sliced beef, and that's after waiting 20 minutes. It doesn't feel warm, the water isn't even moving. I'm really disappointed because we really loved it.

I love hot pot and this was the perfect way to do it at home!! Multiple heat settings and two cooking areas. My side for all my veggies and my bf side for all the meats. Great for friends and family, and good size for sharing. Useful for 2-4 adults. Love it, id buy it again in a heartbeat,

After it reaches boiling, it only stays in keep-warm mode and doesn’t continue cooking, which makes it hard to use for hot pot. I’m not sure if I used it incorrectly, but I decided to return it.

I like this product and it cleans easy. Description is accurate. No leaks. The only thing is that one side heats slower than the other consistently, and that it can take a little while to heat at first. Also be careful of overfilling, as the depth is not as much. I use an extension cord as the wire is not long. Otherwise pretty neat to use for home meal or with guests

I've used it twice so far and both times have been great! I didn't feel like it took too long to heat up, but if you fill both sides to full with cold water, then... common sense would suggest that it'd take a little while. I used hot water from my kitchen sink and filled each side about halfway up with soup base and it wasn't too long before it was lightly boiling. We used it for 3 people and it worked very well!

We love hot pot, but the local places kept closing down. This is a great way to eat at home and feel like you are in a restaurant. The divider is great to do two different broth flavors. The heat of the plate is decent. Adding solid frozen items is not suggested as it takes a long time for the heat to rise again.
