Impressive Comfort
These lifts are surprisingly comfortable and fit well into shoes. I bought the highest ones and they do raise your ankles out of the shoe, so unless you're wearing high tops probably not great support if you're on a long walk or hiking, etc. The left and right ones look the same from the top. Check the bottoms before you insert them, they're different. These are definitely fun and I'm going to buy a lower pair for that option too.

These are just copy and paste arch supports. For the value, yes, they are nice. But just spend extra and buy something that won’t hurt your foot over time. These DO make you taller by 3-5inches, but your feet will be HURTING if you try to lace your shoes.

Product sizing does not meet standards for American feet sizes?
While the insoles are comfortable on the arch, they are too narrow. I ordered the specific measurements for my foot but what came in was a rather narrow and unstable product.Would strongly caution you before you buy this?
