I used one pack on both my outside terraces. It sprays on really easily, turns a white foamy type of colour which then goes clear as it dries. I was nervous about my hedges and plants, but they have not been affected at all because I followed the instructions- so long as you don't spray in the wind.The photo is a strip test I did with only one application.

Arrived the next day, used it that afternoon and the patio cam up like new. Keep the wife happy for a while....great product.

Good product but expensive if there is a large area to cover

Cleaned the front drive well. Cleaned all the White fungi very well but not the black spots. When you consider the cost it is debatable if the product is worth it. Note I followed all the instructions to the letter with excellent conditions, yet did not shift any black spots.

Very expensive but the only thing that works on old block paving black spot lichen. Don't dilute or use in too hot conditions or where rain is forecast. Seems to enhance colour of block paving as it soaks in. May need multiple applications but does work.Doesn't tend to dry out too fast but work in small areas and use sparingly.Must wear protective clothing and a respirator mask.

Does exactly what it says it does, you can see the transformation in front of your eyes as it does the job. It is a touch on the pricey side so it's important to follow the application instructions as you don't want to waste any. A pump sprayer is essential tbh.

I sprayed this patio cleaner on my brick paving and left it for about 15 minutes.A quick scrub with a stiff brush washed away black spots, algae, and lichen, and the stones look much brighter.It rinsed off easily without leaving a slippery film or strong smell, and didn’t harm my garden plants. Our cat wasn't interested either and she sometimes likes to lick the driveway!An effective, easy solution for cleaning block paving. I would recommend.
