Q: I received my flashlights but they are not working, what do I do?

You must remove the flashlight head and remove the piece of plastic inside that prevents the battery from making contact with the bulb. Then screw the head back on tight until the light comes on. Hope this helps.

Q: can you buy replacement parts for the end pieces on the Bright Builder rods? Also how do you take it apart?

At this time, individual replacement parts are not sold separately. Individual parts of the building kit are not intended to be taken apart or altered from it’s original design. In order to purchase additional parts, a complete set will need to be purchased.

Q: Q: I bought one green fort kit with flashlights and one red fort kit without flashlights how do I confirm which one is which without opening the box?

I checked the box and I found the product description on the back side of the box under the barcode. It shows which color and if it includes the 5 flashlights or not.
