Between 6 or 7, before I was happy. Also, use warm water, which helps loosen wax.

I have no idea but I wouldn’t risk it. A two year old’s ear might be quite delicate compared to an adult one and also the nozzle may be too large. I would get your nurse/doctor to do it.

Do i have to put the oil in first and wait many weeks before i apply the syringe?

you should use the oil both morning and night for at least 3 days, then use tepid water to wash the ear out, you should carry on washing the ear out with the water until it runs clear. Both ears should be done. Hope this helps. If you find that you have no wax then maybe it is compacted and for this you would need to use the oil for at least a week.

Is it okay to warm the oil before putting it in your ear?

I always do... but only by putting the oil bottle in warm water in a bowl with the water being comfortable to touch!
