Conan Exiles Day One Edition

I’m not going to go into details about how the game is played there are trailers for that what I will say is that it’s a very fun game very addictive the graphics are very nice the views are great. All the DLC’s are worth it in my opinion and they are pretty cheap.

This game is so great, so fun, and addictive. One of the most fun games I have played as co-op as a group/clan in a long time. The landscape is massive, and there is so much to do, it's an absolute blast. The nudity also adds a more realistic element to this survival game.Would have rated 5 stars when they fix all the bugs and the lag, it is the most laggy game I have played online that I can remember.They are steady patching to fix bugs though..it's really riddled with them at the moment, but it's only a little over the first week, hope it gets better.Love, love, love this game though, it is very creative.

Game is glitchy AF. If the company addressed quest glitches, it'd be hands down the best survival game out there (aside from Subnautica). I got my time out of it, built some amazing structures, griefed the hell out of normies.

Conan Exiles is an admirable game with some flaws. PVP and PVE play suffer from some lag and frame rate drops; but that doesn't detract from what is undeniably one of the better survival games. The overall design and game-play are a breath of fresh air in the genre and the musical score is epic perfection. Crafting and construction are so well done that I find myself getting lost in base building. I do hope that a creative mode comes to consoles.

I love Conan, and an open-world Hyborian Age videogame is something I've wished for since I was a teenager reading the works of Robert E. Howard for the first time. But this game is a letdown. The "exile land" you explore has cool monsters like you'd expect in a Conan game, but the complete absence of story, unstructured gameplay, and lack of colorful characters to interact with makes it lose all it's luster after about 2 hours. The difficulty is insanely high, making it a drag for casual players. You make it manageable however, by creating a "custom" game mode. But even with survivable settings, the lack of objectives makes it feel like you're just spinning your wheels. Plus, building a stronghold is a major part of the game, but the construction mode on this PS4 version is too persnickety to tolerate. I've sunk about 20 hours into it, trying to convince myself that it must get better, but it simply never does. Being a fan of both Conan and open-world games, it pains me to admit that this game is not fun.

First of all, yes I've played it with the updates. I don't care what the reason no video game should ever be released incomplete like this was, most broken release I've ever played and I played 7 days to die at launch so yeah. Anyway overall with updates it's a nice fun survival building game and I like it. Was very hyped to hear a new Conan game but obviously was let down immensely. I know most people have internet to update games these days but if you didn't you would be completely screwed with this game. Ok game just disappointed in how it was released somebody should sue them lol.

I love this game, after a month of playing it I still love it. The package came sealed, and ready to play. This game is, in a lot of ways, like Ark, but better. True there are no dinosuars, but it's the little details that make it better. The lore is interesting and easy to find, Canon the mighty barbarian is there, and you can climb/build almost anywhere.

I am a conan collector, so I am pretty biased about this world, and am thrilled to just be in it. I think it's great that this game even exists. Building has become such a thing since Minecraft, that's it's even been incorporated into the Hyborean Age of Conan. The game has its issues: takes up almost 60GB, is glitchy, and not very intuitive. I think a person could easily get bored. This is a 3 star game for your average fan of anything Hyborean Age or R.E.Howard--and a 4 star game for fanatical collector's such as I , because I am having a blast creating my own place in this world, and when I decide to leave the home that I've built, it always feels daunting, treacherous even. I enjoy the graphics well-enough. The general game play is a bit tedious; but I can't help but to enjoy it, and I haven't even touched the online, or tried 1st person. I could go on with what I do or don't like, but what you should take from this, is that if you have interest in exploring and creating a place in the Hyborean Age (and I'm not even certain it's an accurate representation at all), then get this game.
