Great Attributes of Different Picks Combined Into One
I think these picks combine some of the best features of other Dunlop picks and put them into one place. It has the the sharpness of a Jazz III, with a wider angle, bevelled, the slight Primetone grip, and made from the Ultex material. The wide angle of the pick really makes a big difference to the way the pick glides over the strings (hence the name “Flow”) which is especially noticeable when you switch back to a more normal pick. It makes it so that there is less of the pick that gets caught underneath the string, which without a doubt helps with speed and control. The bevelled edges only help with this, and they already feel comfortable like a slightly worn in pick when taken straight out the packet to use. You’d think this would sacrifice the attack you get from the pick, but I find the sharp edge still allows you to get same attack from a Jazz III.Ultex as a material is my current favourite, not only because of the clear tone, but because of how long it lasts. Ultex combined with the bevelled edges, and the sharp tip lasts so much longer than a regular pick, there’s no comparison (at least with the thicker 1.5mm which I purchased). Moreover, it’s worth mentioning that as someone who is not a fan of grip on picks, I find the grip on these is more low-profile and non-sharp feeling, so they’re more than bearable. Personally, after a long session of playing there is a bit of soreness that comes with using them, so I can see why Andy James and John Petrucci took off the grip on their signature versions which I’m curious to try.Overall, these are fantastic picks, and if you’re a fan of picks like the Ultex Sharp and Jazz III, then these are worth trying. Hope this review was helpful.

Great pick
Bought these picks to try after someone recommending them to me, and I'm not disappointed! After using a Jazz 3 max grip pick for years I was pleasantly surprised how at home I felt with using the Flow picks. They glide over the strings making picking and playing a breeze, plenty of grip due to the raised logo and it's very comfortable to use for long sessions.

Nice picks
Good sturdy picks with a rough grip on them so less likely to fly out of your hand.

Good quality!
Good quality, good grip, for bigger fingers maybe a bit on the small side. Price wise maybe a bit on the expensive side but still worth a try!! Can recommend!

Best guitar picks I have used so far
I bought these on a whim as the grippy picks I usually use weren't available at the thickness I like. I didn't expect much when looking at the pictures but my god was I mistaken. The picks do not move at all when you are playing, but are still maneuverable when you need them to be. I was honestly so shocked at how nice these are especially as I normally do not use Jim Dunlop picks. The 1.5mm picks have just the right amount of flex with plenty of grip. The shape is perfect for switching between chords and solos and even when my hands get sweaty the pick still DOES. NOT. SLIP.Honestly cannot recommend these enough, they don't dig into your figures like some other grippy picks do but still manage to not shift at all and sound great at the same time.

Ace Picks
(Jim Dunlop Flow Standard Picks 2mm) I love these picks, they felt strange at first because they are slightly smaller than my previous pick, but after i got used to them they felt amazing. The grip feels perfect, the curved edge feels perfect to me, and i can flow through runs really well now (my previous pick would kind of stick every now and then when doing fast solos). They are so effective for me that it almost feels like they are 'lubricated' compared to my previous choice of pick. They're brilliant and i feel like i've found exactly what i was looking for

For me this is the perfect pick.
This is the perfect pick for me. It has the thickness, pointiness, attack and accuracy of a jazz 3 with a slightly wider profile behind the pick. Ultex is a great material for a pick as it adds a large dynamic range plus the surface grip allows it to fit comfortably in the finger.

Best picks I’ve used in years.
I’ve used the purple 2.0mm Dunlop’s for as long as I can remember. These caught my attention as I’d tried a 1.5mm and really liked it.Although I’ve used the purple ones for years and they give you a big sound I felt recently they lacked definition. The new ones arrived and I couldn’t be happier, nice grip, better articulation and clarity and still nice and thick. Much better to glide between strings too.Deffo worth a try if you’re thinking about it.My new fave plectrum.

Me encanta!

Klingen gut 'out of the Box' und halten lange.Die 2mm sind übrigens quasi identisch zu den sehr teuren neuen John Petrucci Picks.Einer meiner Schüler hatte die und so wurde ich drauf aufmerksam.
