I’ve been using the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun for a few days now, specifically to help with my bad lower back and sciatica, and it has made a noticeable difference! Overall, I’m impressed with its design and general performance. I have to travel for work and hours in the car often means my back is bad at the end of the day.The massage gun is small enough and light enough to easily transport in my hand luggage but powerful enough to really work the areas I need to make a difference with a good massage quality. Great variety of attachments and a handy case that it all fits in.The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is that I would have likes a bit more control over the vibration settings rather than just 4 steps of power.

This is a really good quality massage gun. You can feel the sturdiness of it when you hold it and the massage is effective. It has a variety of different settings and tools and the hot/cold feature works very well. We had a slight issue with the battery about 9 months into ownership but the customer service from the Bob & Brad Customer Service Team was exceptional. A really quick and efficient resolution to our issue, hence our 5 star review. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.

I bought this massager for my son. He and his wife report that it is a brilliant massager with attachments for both deep muscular pain and for more tender areas. They can't recommend it enough and say that, with the heat feature it works much better than any other massage gun they have tried for various aches and injuries. Like others there was a problem with the charging of the massage gun after about 9 months but the customer service of this company is second to none so we hope that the problem has been solved with the replacement that was sent within days. Still 5 stars though as they wouldn't want to be without this fantastic product and the Bob & Brad team can be trusted to back it up.

We bought this as my wife has back issues. We had an older version that she found helpful but it was showing signs of age so we chose this as a replacement. It arrived very quickly and my wife was delighted with it, however it suddenly would not charge. We contacted the company and they were amazing. Without any fuss they issued a replacement within days. The device works perfectly and the massage quality she said is fantastic.
