Horrible chair, the jack doesn’t work properly, it goes up very high but doesn’t go down enough,the chair assembly is not even no matter how hard you try it goes one side. 👎 very unhappy with this chair . I had to buy a different one 🙄

I needed this chair. My shampoo bowl is at a weird height and this chair allows me to get the right height for its use and i lays back enough for it to work.

Not worth the price even with the now lower price posted and what I bought it for
Multiple things that and make it a low rating. The instructions were poor, how hydraulics if you don’t know how to work with them, can be a mystery and how to put them together. Multiple people said that things didn’t fit, just because they didn’t know how to put it together. there is also white powdery substance in the prongs for the head risk. Along with scratches right below it. In addition, I would definitely not lower it back rest all the way down. I lowered it, and I’m only 5 feet tall and roughly 140 pounds. I felt like I was going to tip over. I’m not entirely sure if I keep it yet, did they lower the price by over $30 in a matter of a few days from me ordering it was pretty disappointing as well. Amazon did not offer price adjustment.Knowing what I know now, I would not buy it again.

Great chair for the price
My clients don’t complain if anything I have to wake them up after there hair is done…. My only issue is it doesn’t raise high enough other than that… Great and comfortable and comfortable styling chair for the price with good instructions

Poor quaility
Waste of money. Very poor quality!. We bought this chair in December. We don't have a salon that is used regularly only 1-2x monthly. Well after the 4th time using the chair the bar to recline the chair broke. The metal just completely broke.

Lever to recline on wrong side of chair. Chair sits far too low for most people
At first I thought this seems to be a nice chair especially for the price. Base is nice. Seems stable. After putting it all together I realize the lever to recline the seat is on the wrong side of the chair. I also realize the chair sits so low. Some might like that if you are on the shorter side. But it does not pump up very high. The quality seems OK. The chair is comfortable and nice. If they had just put in a little more thought and quality to the others mentioned I would be happy.
