Not commercial quality. Defective and broke after 4 months. Multiple problems
Was working great when it was working. After 4 months of just part time use there were a number of problems. The only reason I rated this 2 stars is because the seller did respond back and try to offer solutions. None of which worked.First, only one side of the pan was heating up and also overheated to when it started smoking up my store. So I contacted the seller and he suggested it was a faulty temperature control so he shipped me one to replace. Keep in mind, not everyone is handy with this kind of stuff so I had to call someone to come over and replace it. When the guy came to open it up it turns out there was a torn wire so he had it fixed and we turned it on. Still the same problem with overheating occurred but this time on both sides since he was able to reattach the torn wire.Next he replaced the temperature control with the one the seller sent us. Still the same problem with overheating. At this point I had enough. I was about to purchase another one but decided not and just move on from this company.Buy at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it due to the poor quality but if it does break down then the seller will respond back which deserves a star for that.
