Only used the roller so far but it does seem to help and is really quite comfortable under foot.

An excellent product
Liked this from the off - even though it came in a neat bag with ziplock that was already busted on delivery!! Not to worry though. Nicely styled, very sturdy and just the right size for calf and gluteal massages. The foot roller I've used sparingly, but it worked a treat on my swollen varicose veins. The literature also recommends exercises using the massage rollers that you can get from their website. Great colour ways and nice branding. A product you feel comfortable using and one you can trust. Great price too.

Really helps wake up your feet
Thought it was time to replace my old foot massage roller. This new foot massage roller is great. It really wakes up your feet in the morning and when you have been standing for a while. Its easy to take your feet for granted stuck there at the end of your legs but they too need some tender loving care. Takes a couple of minutes to roll them over and you'll find it is well worth the time.

Doesn't quite hit the spot
I purchased this for plantar fasciitis after reading the good reviews.As a general foot massager, the roller does a good job but for me, it doesn't quite reach the right spot to help with plantar fasciitis.The ball on the other hand works alot better however, if like me you have laminated flooring it doesn't work as it slips all over the place due to it being made of hard plastic as opposed to a hard rubber material. Therefore I cannot use it whilst sat on the sofa, which is the perfect position for me. I can use it in a carpeted room but seating is not ideal (my ned is very high) so I cant get as much use out of it as I would have liked.Because of this I cannot recommend it for plantar fasciitis. As a general massager however then its fine but perhaps not as a two pack.
