Does this help with weight loss

Although the Aloe Berry Nectar and/or other gel drinks are aan integral part of the C9 Diet & Detox Plan, they are not In normal usage, it is only a small quantity taken each day, which wouldn't really act as a dietary supplement. It is more about how the gel drinks 'oil the wheels' of many inner body functions, including digestion. In my own experience of taking the gel drinks, I would say it helped my general well being, it certainly gave me a sense of better skin hydration, softer skin, and any dry skin or hard skin patches seemed to clear away. By the pure act of taking a healthy supplement, I also thought and acted differently about my diet, and this in turn had beneficial results. Personally I would say that you should feel better about yourself for moving towards a healthier dietary regime, but I wouldn't expect any weight loss from drinking gel alone.
