I took these as directed and they didn't seem to have any discernible impact to my cholesterol levels in laboratory blood tests ordered by my physician. That being said, I can't measure the other potential other benefits to the heart and stroke prevention to have a valid comment. I ordered the ones with Lemon. When you open the bottle and sniff, it's virtually undetectable. However it does cover the fish taste 100%. Never any unpleasant after-taste. Nice Lemon drop after taste, very subtle.

The best omega 3 I have been using it for 17 years.

Excellent Product!

From what I read about omegas, because of a fishy aftertaste, if you dont want that then these are the way to go, they are coated with lemon, this is my first time on these and I am a short timer, but so far all is good and i feel better also.
