Do you add this to the oil or the fuel?

Engine Oil. Don't over fill the engine oil by just putting this in. undo the sump plug and remove about 400ml of engine oil. put sump plug back in. Put in 400ml Forte product. and refill with engine oil as nessessary to correct level on dipstick.

Can you only use it with a new oil change? Or put it in old oil? Mine was changed about 2000 miles ago

If it was changed 2000 miles ago it should be ok.
