KEMSO 13836 OEM Replace Intank Fuel Pump for 38mm (Body Diameter) UC-T30 Fuel Pump Application

I did some research before purchasing this and decided to purchase and try it out. I have a 2021 Can Am x3 120hp base model and have been upgrading it slowly. With the intercooler added and tuning it I was maxing out the injector duty cycle since the stock pump is different than the turbo r models. The fix is to either buy an upgraded pump from one of the well known aftermarket companies or tackle it yourself. Well I went this route and added in a relay for the added load since the ground signal normally routes through the ECM. Works great and saved myself $200!

Works great and fit my TU250x perfectly. But, the star washer in the picture is in another plastic bag. Don’t expect to see it in the same bag as the filter.Yes, it’s included, the star washer, but it’s with one of the other filters. Also, it takes a bit of pressure to push the filter on, so make sure it’s down and pushed in before placing star washer to secure filter. Other than that, it solved my problem and it works great!

I dropped the whole tank and everything expecting to swap the pump this weekend and went to put the new one in and it won't work. The pumps are very similar but not quite the same and that little difference is what matters. It makes it so the top part of the pump sits about a half inch to high. Which there is no wiggle room on the housing and has to be exactly like the old one. Do not buy if your doing a grand cherokee WJ.

So, this arrived super fast. Like, 2 days. I wasn't even prepared to install it yet, but I was able to tackle it the day after it arrived. The pump feels like its great quality and the install was simple. The only thing I did not like was the supplied plastic fuel line. I'm sure it would have worked, but I went to the parts store and bought my own. After installing, it primed very easily and the car crunk right up. Its not loud at all either. In my 240sx, the pump is located behind the rear seat in the trunk area and I could not hear it in the cab once I put the cover back on and closed my seat.

The pump worked great once in but you need to do lots of modifications. My car is a 2005 350z and this pump is a little longer than the OEM pump. To get this to fit, You will have to shave the ribs off with a razor on the bottom of the fuel pump and cut about 80% of the rubber gromet off {need to be thinner} that sets on the end of the pump to get the pump to clip inside the fuel housing. Once in I put power to it before I put it in the tank and it worked as advertised. Turn the key, you hear the pump and pressure is good.

This was a simple plug and play rebuild of the fuel pump for my Honda Rubicon ATV - 2019. I just rebuilt the defective pump as a backup and installed on OEM complete pump in my Honda. If I had known how easy it was to rebuild the old pump I would not have used an OEM complete pump at a cost of about $160.Lesson learned. This kit is complete with everything you need and even has a new 'O' ring to properly seal the pump housing/fuel tank joint. It took about 30 minutes to disassemble the old pump and replace the old pump motor with the new. Take plenty of pictures of the complete pump housing before you start disassembling it.

Very happy, the first fuel pump I bought from another company and only got to start my car twice and it fried out. So I am very happy I have had this one over a month and it is still working

For my BMW R1200C, all I needed to buy was the fuel filter and some hose to make the 180 degree bend. A big plus was the rings for the tank filler cap and the pump and level assembly. Note: I am still in the process of replacing the wiring which lost almost all of the insulation in areas. Pretty sure all things will allow me to get this motorcycle back on the road.

I have a can am Ryker rally 2019 and it was a perfect fit, I had a couples of ride since then and it worked perfectly

Installed pump and replaced tank. Killed battery pressurizing system! After battery recharge started immediately and has been working as expected for a week now.
