3oz is the jar (85g), the bags are 100g, 200g, 400g. The bags are a larger size, more of a value pack. We are introducing a 16oz (454g) tandoori masala in April. Thanks for your inquiry on our products!

If the question was for Tandoori Marinade the answer is: Salt is listed in the ingredients. A whopping 450mg per serving, 20% of the daily requirement. The mfg answer applies to a spice blend. Not the marinade.
